Here is the workflow to advertise jobs on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) through Jobiqo:
1. Select Jobs for Advertising
We will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet. In this file:
- Add a link of the jobs you’d like us to advertise. If you’re unsure which jobs to promote, we can suggest some options for your review and approval.
- Choose a package based on the desired advertising duration:
- Bronze Boost: 14 days
- Silver Boost: 21 days
- Gold Boost: 30 days
2. Design Creation
Once the jobs and package are selected, we’ll create a design for your ad. This will typically include your client’s logo. Additionally, please let us know if you’d like to include any of the following:
- Your logo
- A brief job description
- Design style preference (e.g., formal, casual)
- Any other specific comments
We’ll send the design to you for approval and make any requested refinements.
3. Granting Access for Ad Management
To run ads on your behalf, we need partner access with "Ads + Insights" permission to your Facebook page, and optionally to your Instagram page. Please refer to this guide to grant access: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1717412048538897. Our Business Manager ID is 468553194145782.
Posting Process
The ads are posted through your Facebook account, but managed via Jobiqo’s Ads Manager:
- The jobs are linked directly to the URLs you provide in the spreadsheet.
- Jobiqo’s name or logo does not appear in the ad.
- The ads are shared as soon as they are ready, and as often as you want, depending on the package you choose (see above)
